Yesi Rubio born and raised in Bakersfield, known for her quick wit girl-power, and awesome personality. The media personality has created her own way and has been in Radio Entertainment for more than 8 years. She’s rapidly developed into one of the most popular media personalities in the industry. Her journey down music frequency way includes 101.5 KGFM, a hosting stint at 96.9 La Caliente. Yesi won’t back down from anything to make sure her listeners keep coming back for more.
Yesi is proud to share a bday with the King of Pop, “MJ”. In her spare time, the multifaceted creative spirit loves to escape the everyday and Zen-Out by connecting with nature, soaking up rays at the beach and getting creative with beautiful flowers.
She grew up listening to global sensations in the arena of Canciones Rancheras and artists like Rocio Dúrcal, Pepe Aguilar, Vicente Fernández, Marco Antonio Solís, Mana and others. Preparing her for what is evidently a rich and luxuriously trained ear in the music world.
